Shipping Policy

We utilize FedEx, ARAMEX and EMX for order delivery, dispatching items within 1 to 3 working days, with tracking numbers provided post-order and payment. Delivery times vary by destination, with some countries receiving shipments in as little as 3-4 days, while others may take up to 15 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are always happy to assist you with any issues and typically respond within one business day.
Please note our 30-day return policy, which requires items to be in original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it is undamaged. Additionally, items sold in our store require installation by a professional technician and are not intended for end users. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
If your package is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible for any loss or damages and cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier.
You will be directed to submitting a claim directly to your shipping company requesting any reimbursement.
If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please take photos of any visible part numbers of visual reference and contact us directly; photos must be CLEAR and have the part numbers VISIBLE.
If you request a return not due to product quality issue, wrong description or damages, the returning cost will be put in buyer's side, and shipping & handling cost are not refundable.
